3D Printing

3D printing is an advanced technology that enables the creation of complex and customized objects layer by layer directly from digital models. This technology offers greater design freedom, faster prototyping, and the ability to produce intricate geometries.

We use high-quality Bambu Lab and Modix 3D printers. Modix printers are designed for large-format FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) parts and are widely used across various fields—from artistic sculptures to engineering components. Bambu Lab printers are known for their speed, quality, and advanced features such as automatic calibration and multi-material printing capabilities through the AMS (Automatic Material System).

3D Printing Technologies

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

This popular 3D printing technology creates strong and functional objects by melting and depositing thermoplastic material layer by layer. It supports a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and others. FDM printers can produce parts of various sizes—from small prototypes to larger functional components.

SLA (Stereolithography)

An advanced 3D printing method that uses liquid resin cured layer by layer with ultraviolet light. SLA enables the production of highly detailed, smooth, and precise models with excellent surface quality, making it ideal for fine prototypes, jewelry, medical models, and intricate parts.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)

An advanced 3D printing process where a laser selectively fuses (sinters) fine powder layer by layer to create strong, functional parts. This technology allows manufacturing complex, high-strength components without supports, typically using nylon and other engineering-grade plastic powders. SLS is suitable for prototyping as well as small and medium batch production, especially in engineering, automotive, and medical fields.

MJF (Multi Jet Fusion)

A cutting-edge 3D printing technology that sprays fusion agents onto powder layers via print heads, followed by heating to fuse the material. This process produces accurate, durable, and highly detailed parts with excellent surface finish and mechanical properties.

Advantages of 3D Printing:

Enables production of complex and customized parts with minimal material waste.

Compatible with a wide range of materials including plastics, resins, metals, and composites.

Environmentally friendly technology generating almost no waste.

Fast production significantly reduces the time from idea to finished product.

High printing speed and accessibility allow on-demand manufacturing — printing exactly when and how much you need.

3D Modeling

The 3D printing process always begins with digital modeling of the object using specialized CAD software. Our company works with industry-recognized tools such as Fusion 360 and SolidWorks – two of the most popular CAD (Computer-Aided Design) programs worldwide. These platforms are ideal for creating everything from complex mechanical parts and engineering simulations to projects requiring high technical precision or artistic modeling (digital sculpting).

Our team of experienced professionals creates custom 3D models based on your drawings, photos, sketches, or ideas. We provide a full design-to-production workflow – from concept development to final implementation.

CAD Modeling

CAD is one of the most widely used 3D modeling methods, where a part’s model is created using computer software. Modeling is done based on the client's sketches, drawings, samples, or photos.

The created model is suitable for various manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing, milling, cutting, and more. It can also be used for simulations, testing, and strength analyses.

Models can be easily modified according to needs. Supported file formats include .stp, .step, .3dm, .igs, .iges, .obj, .stl, and others.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering is one of the most efficient and accurate methods to create a CAD model of any real-world physical object using data obtained from 3D scanning. Utilizing the latest 3D scanning technology, we convert your parts into precise digital 3D CAD models that can be further edited, modified, or used for computer simulations.

Types of Reverse Engineering Models

Our reverse engineering services cover three main types of models, categorized by file types: parametric, hybrid surface, and organic surface models. Since every project is unique, each client’s model is tailored to meet their specific requirements and needs.

3D Scanning

This is an advanced technology that enables fast and accurate scanning of real-world objects, converting them into digital 3D models that can be easily integrated into CAD/CAM software for further design, editing, or preparation for manufacturing.

Our company uses state-of-the-art Artec 3D scanners – among the most advanced on the market.

Compared to many other data capture methods, 3D scanning is one of the fastest, safest, and most cost-effective ways to obtain high-quality 3D models of various objects. This technology is widely used in engineering, manufacturing, medicine, design, and cultural heritage digitization.

Advantages of 3D Scanning

Extremely accurate reproduction of complex shapes and geometries

Fast and efficient scanning process ensuring high productivity

High precision – up to 0.05 mm

Ability to capture not only shapes but also surface textures and colors

Wide range of applications – from engineering and medicine to art, design, and other fields
